The location is ideal ,providing a perfect balance between a serene environment and proximity to essential amenities. The layout makes great use of space, ensuring comfort and privacy. The builder adhered to the committed completion date, which was a significant relief.

Layout is good. Large rooms with balconies for each room and one set out area .Has a great sea view. Builder is very cooperative. Whenever there is an issue, he always responded.

The plot was steep but still the builder took the challenge and built the apartments. The builder is soft and immediately responded if there is any issues.
